My own products and client engagements, each labelled as what it is. Most of these I built for myself first — that is the point — and the client engagements are marked as such. Several have no public link: client systems and internal tools are not open to visit, and naming one beats linking to a login wall.
Multi-tenant quotation and job-costing CRM, piloted with a renovation company
A full operations system replacing a legacy quoting tool. Quotation builder with nested line items, GST and discounts, payments and expenses, project roll-ups, attachments with an activity feed, and role-based commission approvals that no one can grant themselves. Accounting syncs to Xero; documents import from Drive.
Every write is audit-logged. 800+ automated tests.
Browser floor-plan and 3D interior studio for HDB flats
An interior designer's entire workflow in a browser tab: draw the 2D floor plan, walk it in 3D, lay out a carpentry system, and work through an AI design assistant. The design work runs client-side, so there is no server round-trip between a change and seeing it.
Coaching practice site and content system
The marketing site for the coaching practice, plus the content pipeline behind it: a social kit whose carousels and video assets are generated from source copy rather than hand-edited, so changing a line of text regenerates the artwork instead of starting a redesign.
Hypertrophy coaching app with a real programming engine
A training app built around an evidence-led programming engine rather than a list of workouts. The exercise library carries movement-pattern classification and contraindication logic, so the app will not program into an injury it should be working around.

Storefront for a 1,300-clip exercise animation library
A media commerce site selling exercise animation packs: catalogue build pipeline, watermarked previews, checkout, and delivery from object storage. Licensing and attribution are resolved at the build step rather than bolted on afterwards.
Hands-free voice co-pilot for drivers, on Gemini Live
An in-car assistant with a session architecture that survives real use: the live model session runs in a foreground service, so it stays alive when the heads-up display backgrounds itself to hand over to navigation. Twenty tools spanning vehicle state, memory, briefings and calendar, with an explicit gate so two tools can never both claim the same job.
Rebuilt from zero to fix five defects that were architectural, not bugs.
macOS voice AI assistant, packaged and shipped
A desktop voice assistant with a plugin architecture, a scheduler, and an integration hub. Distributed as a signed disk image built by a scripted pipeline that mounts and verifies the finished bundle before it is allowed to ship — added after a packaging bug once broke every external install.
Ride-hailing fare comparison for Singapore
Compare fares across five ride operators, then hand off to the chosen app with the destination already filled in. The hand-off uses the documented geo: URI standard rather than guessed vendor parameters — the difference between an app that opens with a route drawn and a fare quoted, and one that silently opens an empty map.
Body measurement from two photographs
Anthropometric measurement from a pair of photos, via a body-mesh regression pipeline. The measurement engine and API have been rebuilt from scratch after the originals were lost; the photo-to-mesh stage is still in development.
Method
Ilumax Systems is one engineer: Dzul. Fifteen years building — first as a strength coach writing the tools my own gym needed, now shipping the apps, sites and systems other businesses run on. I scope it, I write it, I deploy it, and I'm the one who picks up when it breaks.
Every product here solves a problem I had first. That is the whole advantage — I am not interpreting a brief about an industry, I am in it.
The systems people run a business on carry real coverage and an audit trail. Eight hundred tests on a quoting system is not thoroughness for its own sake; it is what makes a change on a Friday survivable.
Documented, packaged, and deployable by someone who is not me. Five years in infrastructure teaches you that the build is not finished when it works on your machine.
Designing training programmes, managing athletes and running a coaching business is the same discipline as shipping software: work out honestly where someone actually is, sequence what happens next, adjust when the plan meets reality, and stay accountable long after handover. A business running on a system is not far from an athlete running a season on a programme — both fail the same way when the plan ignores the person.
Background
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate, and the Mastering Claude AI Specialization with Coursera — taken while the work was in production rather than between jobs, studied against systems that already had users on them.
Designing training programmes, teaching and coaching sport and fitness in Singapore, through to a Masters in strength and conditioning. It is the industry whose software I build, which is why I know what it is missing.
