Ilumax Systems is the trading name of ILUMAX PERFORMANCE & SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202222176N), a company registered in Singapore. These terms govern any engagement booked through ilumaxsystems.com.
For a package purchased through this site, the scope, timeline, and revision allowance are exactly as stated on the Packages section at the time of purchase — that page is the single source of truth for what's included, so it isn't repeated here. Where no package fits, the scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment is made via the Stripe Payment Link tied to the package you choose, processed entirely by Stripe. Work begins once payment is confirmed, unless a custom quote states otherwise.
Hitting the stated timeline depends on you providing the access, content, and feedback the engagement needs, when it needs it. Delays on your side can push the delivery date back by the same amount.
Each package's revision allowance is stated on the Packages section. Requests beyond that allowance, or changes to the agreed scope, are quoted and billed separately.
Once an engagement is paid in full, the deliverables built specifically for you are yours to use. This does not extend to any pre-existing tools, components, or internal frameworks Ilumax Systems reuses across engagements — those remain Ilumax Systems' property and are licensed to you as part of the deliverable, not sold outright.
Engagements are carried out with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Ilumax Systems' total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.
Either party may end an engagement in writing at any time. Fees for work already completed remain payable up to that point.
