Ilumax Systems (ilumaxsystems.com) is operated by ILUMAX PERFORMANCE & SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202222176N), a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what your rights are under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
When you use a contact or demo form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, business name, phone number if you give one, what you need, your budget band, and your message. That submission is handled by Netlify Forms and saved in our own customer records (hosted on Supabase) so we can reply and follow up. We do not use it for anything beyond responding to your enquiry and any work that follows from it.
If you buy a package, payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We never see or store your card number — Stripe passes us only the confirmation that payment succeeded, plus the billing name and email needed to invoice and deliver the work.
Only the processors that make the site, our records and payments work: Netlify (hosting and form submissions), Supabase (the database that stores enquiries for follow-up) and Stripe (payment processing). None of them is used for advertising, and your data is never sold or rented to anyone else.
This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies on its own domain during payment, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Enquiry and project data is kept for as long as needed to complete the engagement, then for the period Singapore law requires for accounting records, after which it's deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Under the PDPA, you can ask to access, correct, or withdraw consent for the personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll action it within a working day.
This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
