How we work

A clear path
to launch.

01

Understand first.

Map the workflow, ask what is getting in the way and agree what a useful result looks like.

02

Build together.

Review a working version as it takes shape. Make decisions with the real experience in front of you.

03

Hand over clearly.

Agree ownership, documentation and support, so the next step is as clear as the build itself.

Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Prepare a project brief
Which service should I start with?

Choose the business goal first. A website helps people discover, buy or book; an app supports a repeated task; automation connects existing steps. Discovery can resolve an uncertain starting point.

Who owns the code and accounts?

Ownership and handover must be explicit in the project agreement. The existing Website + Online Booking offer includes ownership of the code and accounts. Confirm the arrangement for your chosen scope.

What happens after launch?

Agree maintenance responsibilities, provider fees, support availability and how changes will be requested. A care arrangement is scoped separately; it is not automatically included in a build.
