Business automation / Singapore

Connect the work between your tools.

Repeated copying, missed handoffs and disconnected records are workflow problems. Start with one task, define the result and decide where a person needs to stay in control.

Define the useful work

01

Map the whole handoff

Define what triggers the workflow, what data moves, who can approve it and what should happen when a step fails.

02

Connect the tools you use

Forms, email, spreadsheets, accounting and CRM connections are scoped against the APIs, account permissions and limitations of the systems involved.

03

Keep a person in control

Use approval steps, fallbacks, logs and a clear way to stop the workflow. Validate the agreed sample journey before calling it live.

Starting points

Scope first.
Then commit.

These are the existing published packages. Final scope, timing and price are agreed after review; extra scope is quoted before it is built.

Automation Sprint

S$4,8002 weeks from kickoff
  • Map the workflow and its edge cases
  • Build the automation with gates and fallbacks
  • Integrate the tools you already use — sheets, email, accounting
  • Handover with docs and a kill switch

Revisions until it runs clean on an agreed sample of your real data, plus two rounds in the fortnight after go-live

Discuss this scope ↗

Looking for ongoing reception or CRM management? Compare the managed plans. Setup, monthly management and third-party tool costs are separate.

Relevant work

Managed automation catalogue

Reception, reviews, content and CRM services have separate setup and monthly management fees. Client-owned tool bills are separate; activation and integration scope are confirmed with the team.

Before we start

01

Sprint or managed service?

Choose a sprint for one defined workflow and handover. Explore managed services when you want an ongoing configured service such as reception or connected CRM workflows. The team confirms the fit and scope.

02

Can Hana access my systems or book appointments?

The website receptionist answers questions and shows contact links. It cannot access your customer systems, book a slot or forward a chat. A customer automation needs its own configured and tested integrations.

Plan beyond
the first release.

For a complex project, ask about a scoped discovery phase before committing to the build. Deliverables and any fee are agreed before work starts.

Ongoing support can be scoped around updates, monitoring and changes. Ask what is included in your package and what would be a separate agreement.
